Clirz terms of service

Clirz (“Clirz”) is a personal assistant app for pastors, made by Clem Rillera. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

What Clirz is, and is not

Clirz helps you organise your day: a morning brief, sorted mail, meeting notes, tasks, a prayer list, a daily devotional, and an optional after-hours phone attendant. It writes and speaks with the help of AI services. It can be wrong. Nothing Clirz produces is pastoral, medical, legal, or financial advice, and you remain responsible for every message you send, every call you return, and every decision you make.

The night attendant

The attendant answers calls forwarded to a phone number Clirz provides. It is an assistant, says so to every caller, and tells them the call is transcribed. It is not an emergency service: callers in danger are told to call 911. You choose what it says and when it wakes you, and you are responsible for turning forwarding on and off on your own phone. The add-on includes up to 30 answered calls a month; if a line regularly takes more we will contact you before anything changes. The number is released 30 days after the add-on ends.

Your account and content

Your account is for one person. What you put into Clirz stays yours. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your data. Do not use Clirz to harass, deceive, or harm anyone, or to send unsolicited messages.

Payment

Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play under their terms, and can be cancelled there. Prices shown at purchase apply for as long as you stay subscribed unless we tell you otherwise in advance.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Clirz running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Clirz is provided as is, and our liability to you is limited to what you paid for the service in the previous three months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app before they take effect.
